The property was very nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. We were nervous using the shower with no grab bars, as we're older, and my husband has fallen in the shower before. Also the floor of the tub was pretty slippery. Also, they had no bottled water available, and the vending machine was out too. Other than that we were very satisfied.

Very spacious king suite room. Plenty of seating, kitchenette, fireplace etc. our favorite hotel this trip! Helpful front desk staff. A convenient washer/dryer available.

The stay was excellent. Staff and service were very helpful and accomodating. Very disappointed with the planned electric blackout for 12 hrs. on 7/11/24 from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM on 7/12/24 and the inconvenience it caused. I felt under the circumstances, there would be some refund or compensation by the hotel. There was NONE and again VERY DISAPPOINTED with the hotel's non- action. In the past, other hotels have either refunded the day charges or compensated for a future free stay. I hope you read this review and reconsider the situation. Thank YOU.

Nice room and pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly. We paid a $20 fee for our dog to join us but had no issues bringing our dog around the property. Breakfast was okay.

The pool was nice and warm but had sand all along the bottom and a few nasty hair clumps. Hot tub was great until we found a tooth floating in it! Thermostat controls were difficult to get the fan setting you want in the room. Besides those issues, 5 stars!

The Days Inn in Cadillac was affordable and was a decent hotel. With a little more attention to key areas of use, the building could be renovated with just a little bit of funds. Otherwise, the place was fine, comfortable, and accessible.

The room including bathroom was very clean. The jaccuzi was well maintained and water temperature hot as we expected. Only one suggestion: With 60 rooms it would be helpful, especially for seniors, for there to be more than one luggage cart available for guests. There is only one, and it wasn’t seen or available until the next day. ☹️

Very nice hotel and room. Pool was very good. Breakfast was okay but no hot eggs or breakfast meat, but yogurt, toast, donuts, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, and oatmeal.
