Great value accommodation in the centre of Mulum. We were a family of 5 so the Queen room with a double bed plus 3 singles, was perfect. We ate in the Middle Pub that is owned by the same organisation and that was also excellent value. Coffee, tea and milk provided. The shower worked well and the beds were comfortable.

The motel was adequate for the price for 2 people. I would have rated it well. HOWEVER - we booked a room for 3 people. Booking clearly said 2 beds (one queen and one single), 3 people. The price was for 3 people too. When we got there we only got a room for 2, with one bed, a person had to sleep on the floor with dead cockroaches around. No refund, partial refund or room change was possible. Service 0/10

Check in is cluncky . Go to middle pub as instructed then told the key is with cleaner at motel . Then head back to motel and walk around for 5 minutes to find someone with a key . Lock on front door broken . That said room is fine . Clean and quiet and bed comfortable. For the price it’s ok for an overnight.

Basic, small room. Bathroom was tiny and the tap in the basin was leaky. Unfortunately a fire in neighboring premises created a smoky room, and the power was cut off for several hours.

Well we had a nice stay however cleaness could be improved. Stained and old smelly carpets needs replacing. Also the light needs to be covered as the bulbs uncovered and dangerous next time i will need it fix asap in Room 8 where we stayed. We need a microwave as well for convience. Window blinds full of dust. I will attach a photo on this email. Thank you

I was very disappointed with the integrity of the staff at the motel! We left an expensive pillow (for my husbands sleep condition) at the motel we tried numerous time to make contact after we couldn’t make contact we went back to the motel 2days later & no pillow no one knows anything about it This was my hometown I grew up in we have left things at motels before & they always ring to let us know So disappointed that this is what is happening in my hometown now the good old country town is nothing like it was such a shame

As check in had to take place at a different location; emailing that out in advance would have been nice; or sticking up a printed map on the front door of the hotel. On this trip we stayed in Accor hotels and this was far cleaner than any of them. thank you.
