No worries about cleaning and chores enjoy your stay. UHD 4k tv in each room and living. Well kept in a quiet neighborhood. Family-friendly whole house with contactless self-check-in. The house has a Living/Dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a queen bed on the first level and one with a queen bed, a futon upper level. A day bed with a trundle and two extra mattresses. With a lot of extra bedding. One full bath at each level of the house.

I have been living (next door) for 5+ years never had any safety issues. But considering Buffalo is not that rich town. This area is not like Buffalo downtown. It's a little less updated, sidewalks are not that well maintained. Most of the houses next to this house are generally maintained but if you go around you might see the old (not well maintained) house.
I never had a safety issue but providing details about locality so that one won't get shocked if coming from a big city etc.
No chores but don't leave space untidy Load used dishes in the dishwasher
The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250.
No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.
Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.
We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
We may require certain booking additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500
Guests must keep a close eye on their pets and children, as the house and yard may contain items unsuitable for them.
