Very dated hotel. Carpet and furniture in room were stained. Old fixtures and fittings. Breakfast not great with cleaners vacuuming around you and the buffet. Chairs in the dining area ripped, tables sticky and carpets dirty. Lovely staff who are let down by the quality of the accommodation.

Ideal overnight stay close to airport
We stayed just one night before an early flight from Bristol Airport and found it clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture and fittings were a little dated but still perfectly fine for a short stay. We also had dinner in the attached pub which was excellent and very good value even at normal prices, but we received 20% off the food bill as hotel guests. The airport parking was only a 10 - 15 minutes drive away so was a great choice for the purpose. Would definitely stay there again next time we fly from Bristol.

Stayed here a quite a few times over the years. The bathroom could do with an update in the room we were in this time. The shower was just awful. Room had been recently updated though and was really nice. My only complaint was that the person in the room above ours decided to 'STOMP' up and down their room and 6am for half an hour!!!! Non stop! Obviously not the hotels fault.

Booked table of 8 with a month's notice. When we arrived, told one and half hour wait if we ordered at bar and one hour if usingvthe App. Used the App and service still took over one and a half hours. Restaurant less than half full with sign at doorcrefusing any walk-ins. Dysfunctional staff, who clearly did not care very much for providing service.

Good size carpark around the building. Quick check on all information given Room was up a flight of stairs. Spacious room and bathroom too Bed is super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful. The decor was rather drab and worn. Breakfast included Evening meal was at the Hungry Horse next to the hotel, great value menu and good choices available. Location on the outskirts of the village. Just off the M5 Would stay again if in the area
