The hotel is in a great location, very close to Bratislava Castle and Old Town. When I visited, Central Europe was hit with heavy rains so I couldn't fully enjoy Bratislava like I wanted but since the castle is within a five minute walk as is Old Town, I was able to see both without getting completely drenched. There is also a nice coffee shop across the street where you can eat breakfast if not at the hotel. The room itself was on the small side but I didn't need a lot of space and it was clean.

Great location, good hotel.
The hotel was in an excellent location with good tram service and a short walk one way to old town and the other to the castle. The room had everything we needed including a good spot for luggage and a small couch. The only complaint was the bed was very firm, almost hard and the noise from the tram system was heard from the room.

Poor stay
Room was very basic with air conditioning dreadful leaving it difficult to sleep overnight. Security guard at hotel was rude and ignorant and one member of our party was attacked and mugged in the lift when coming back into the hotel which staff were not helpful with at all saying the CCTV could not be checked as “nobody had the password”. Not somewhere I would recommend people to stay.
