Coastal Vibes Villa is situated on a 100 foot private waterfront bay overlooking the iconic turquoise waters of Chalk Sound (the ocean which is also a protected National Park). It’s conveniently located between two beaches ideal for young children. Take a 2 minute walk to the stunning Sapodilla Bay Beach or a 2 minute drive down the street to the secluded Taylor Bay Beach. Guests have plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to explore only steps away from the villa. Enjoy the Island favorite restaurant, Las Brisas, take a pontoon ride on Chalk Sound, hike to the centuries-old pirate carvings, take on an ocean adventure with jet skis or sail away with one of the tour operators departing from Sapodilla Bay Beach.

The villa offers guests a clean bright open concept design with plenty of natural light and stunning views from virtually every room. The mix of Scandinavian and coastal décor compliments the indoor and outdoor living area experience.

The villa is non-smoking and can sleep 6. It’s completely private and includes two dwellings directly beside each other. One dwelling consists of two bedrooms divided by a common hallway/foyer for added privacy. The other dwelling is an open concept area for living and dining, and also includes a queen size cabinet bed.

The bedroom dwelling is separated from the main living area for added privacy. The master bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio, a King size bed, make up station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with large shower, toilet room, and vanity.

The second bedroom has a direct view of Chalk Sound, sliding doors that open to a patio. two single beds that can also be pushed together to make a King size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub/shower, toilet and vanity.

The living dwelling includes large kitchen, dining, and living areas that overlook the water. The living area includes a queen size cabinet bed with a 6” foam mattress, several ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a ½ bath.

Coastal Vibes Villa also features a private BBQ grilling area, large gazebo, beach pergola, outdoor dining and lounging, WiFi, a private pool with bench seating, water toys, beach chairs, lush landscaping surrounding the property and more.

Great Villa, hosts, perfect for our family of 4
Very comfortable, well appointed villa, with friendly and responsive hosts. Our girls really enjoyed the kayaks, and the nearby beaches, and we loved the privacy and comfort of both the living area and outdoor seating areas. Las Brisas restaurant was right next door and was perfect for take out on nights you want to stay in, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well. A great place to stay to get away from it all.

Our stay at Coastal Vibes Villa was wonderful. It is ideally located across from Sapodilla bay and a short walk to Taylor bay, both of which are beautiful. The separate sleeping and kitchen/living pods worked well for staying up after our toddler's bedtime and we enjoyed the private pool with a lovely view of Chalk Sound. I would highly recommend Costal Vibes Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The outdoor seating, pool and kayaks were a huge plus. We all enjoyed kayaking on Chalk Sound; the outdoor shower and pool were perfect after a day at the beach. We used the fully stocked kitchen and grill most nights for dinner and the dining room table was a perfect way to end the night with a game of cards. The villa was about a 15-20 minute drive from most of the beaches we enjoyed. Having Sopadilla Bay within walking distance was nice. It was a calm, shallow beach and would be perfect for younger children, however, our teens preferred the other beaches on the island. The owners of the property responded quickly when we contacted them with a problem with the pool and the property manager was there within 2 hours to fix the problem.

Great stay, loved the pool!
We loved our stay at the villa. Everything about the listing was accurate, we had all we needed in the kitchen and were able to cook meals all week. We enjoyed the 3 restaurants right down the block- Las Brisas, Chalkies and Que Bola. We walked to Sapodilla beach with our floaties in hand and drove down to Taylor Bay beach. The bedroom pod was perfect for us and 2 teens, they were glad to have the twin beds to themselves. We relaxed every night in the pool and did a quick kayak trip on Chalk sound (it was a bit windy so we did not go too far). It was a bit too humid out for us to enjoy all the outdoor areas on the property but there were many options. Outside we mostly just stayed in the the pool with the view! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond if we needed anything. We enjoyed the area and were able to explore the Chalk sound area as well as Grace Bay in a short drive. If we ever go back we would not hesitate to stay in the villa again.

What an amazing property! Wonderful location on the sound. Lots of outdoor space. Quiet and peaceful. Great for families with little kids. Kayaks and paddle board provided, pool was perfect, extra beach toys and games. Chantal and Dave were responsive. Property manager was there to meet us at check in. Could not ask for a better experience and property on Provo! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Coastal Vibes was all that expected and needed for our first trip to TCI. The location is great as Taylor Bay ended up being our favorite beach and was walking distance from the house. The view of the Chalk Sound was great way to end each day while taking a dip ini the pool. We grilled out many nights and loved the grill set up.

Amazing vacation!
I can’t begin to say enough good things about this property and the owners. The description was spot on, and the amenities were outstanding. The property owners were in touch with me from the time that I made the reservation until I left the property after our vacation. Their instructions and welcome packet were impeccable, and provided us with everything that we could possibly need. Location is breathtaking, and the space was so comfortable. We actually struggled to leave each day to explore the island. The beds were comfortable, and they were plenty of towels, both for showers and for beach. My only small criticisms were that there wasn’t a working can opener, and the pans were no longer nonstick. The grill, however, was fantastic! Like I said, this is very minor stuff and easily workable. I’ve already told our friends about this property and have it earmarked for a future visit!

Our stay was wonderful. Hosts very accommodating and house was clean and had everything we needed. The island itself is hard to beat and all the people so nice. Only suggestion would be to invest in mosquito devices. Was very difficult to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space in the mornings and afternoon/evenings without getting eaten alive, that was disappointing. I ended up buying candles and torches which helped a bit but was not a solution and limited our use of tge outdoor space.

The property is beautiful, we spent as much time as possible enjoying the view and the pool while others enjoyed kayaking and exercising on the private beach area. We also enjoyed the short walk to Sapodilla Bay Beach. The sunset there was amazing. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Secret Gem on Chalk Sound
My family and I just returned from 13 amazing nights at Coastal Vibes Villa and I almost don’t want to write this review as we truly want to keep this gem a secret. First, I must say the owners are super responsive and were very supportive of a last minute booking with less than 48hrs notification. The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is easy to tell that the owners have invested a lot of time and effort tastefully decorating the villa, thinking about the small details and you have, almost, everything you need for your stay. The villa has lots of custom wood pieces, comfortable mattresses, cold A/C, solid wifi connectivity and a fantastic view. Everything is well maintained, nicely painted, sheets are comfy albeit a bit warm, and most important of all , the villa is immaculately clean. Initially I was a bit skeptical about having two separate pods, a “living”’pod and a “bedroom” pod but I must say that after two weeks we are believers and actually loved the two pod layout. We have stayed in 3 different villas in Provo : Turtle Tail, Leeward and now Coastal Vibes and this one is by far the best. The only regret we have is that we didn’t stay longer. We hope to be back soon. P.S. pay no attention to reviews that talk about noise from the nearby port. There are faint beeps, some “whispers” from nearby properties. A non-issue. Chalk Sound is beautiful and windy. You will enjoy tremendously.

Lovely Getaway
The house was well set up for our family of four - the two BRs are in a separate building from the living space, but there's plenty of room. While Chalk Sound is pretty to look at, it was windy while we were there so it made kayaking a little more difficult. Taylor Bay down the road was easy to access and a gem, and Grace Bay is an easy drive. I'd recommend renting a car if you stay here, since not much is walkable. We'd rent again!

Perfect stay in Chalk Sound!
Coastal Vibes Villa was the perfect home base for our week in T&C. The location is quiet and serene, with a beautiful morning and evening view over the sound. The villa was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need for cooking, enjoying the pool and sound, and days on the beach. The welcome guide provided by the hosts was helpful throughout our week, and despite having been to T*C previously, we found a few new favorite spots based on their recommendations. We'll be back for sure!

Chantal and David provided the best welcome arrival booklet we have ever received and sorted out any problems promptly and with ease. The house is beautiful, lovely furnishings, linens and very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and lots of plastic options for use around the pool. Fabulous beach chairs, pool floats, towels and snokels to use if needed. Two of the best beaches (in our opinion) are within walking distance of the house and great food at Las Brisas restaurant is only a 5 minute walk. Kayaking was amazing on Chalk Sound although the wind was very strong. Location is near to the industrial port and constant noise can be heard 24/7, also lots of building work in the vicinity including next to Las Brisas restaurant, thus unfortunately affecting the peace and tranquility we needed at the house. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful home with all of the amenities that you would need. Easy to communicate with. A little out of the way, as the house is more in the industrial area, but we had a rental car, so it wasn't really a big deal to us. Pool was nice and refreshing after a long day. Nearby grocery store was convenient to have also. There is a binder in the house, with all kinds of helpful hints to make your stay more fun. I would def recommend this to friends and family

The house was exactly as pictured. We felt it was in the perfect location where we had access to water to enjoy the kayaks and serene atmosphere of Chalk Sound and then an easy waln across the street to beautiful Sopadilla Bay. We liked the activity and action at Sopadilla with the music and vendors but if someone wanted a more relaxed beach Taylor Bay down the street was breathtaking! We didn't feel comfortable based on windy conditions to take the kayaks way out to Iguana Island BUT soon discovered the 1st small island directly out from the house has a family of 7 iguanas! There is a small cove with beach access and they all came running up so we took various veggies to feed them. TCI is an amazing place and we will definitely be returning.

My family had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool, reading and relaxing outdoors while gazing at the gorgeous view of Chalk Sound, kayaking, and swimming at the lovely beach across the street. The hosts were unbelivably responsive to any questions we had. Villa was beyond our expectations. We had originally planned to spend most of our time away from the villa during the day to do activities but after seeing the villa and all that it offers, we spent many quiet and relaxing days at the villa, cherishing our family time together in such a beautiful setting.

Beautiful Home on Chalk Sound
This is a beautiful home, very clean and well maintained. The cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and amazing kitchen and living area. Nice view of Chalk Sound, though the water of Chalk Sound in front of the sandy area is not swimmable - very shallow and full of sea plants. Great outdoor area with plenty of nice, well maintained seating. Pool is great, but is not heated - once you are used to the temp it is not cold. Nearby beaches are two of the best I have ever been to. Sapodilla Bay Beach may get a little crowded, but it is gorgeous. Powdery white sand, and clear calm water. A 2 min walk from the house. Taylor bay beach is a 2 min drive and is even better than Sapodilla Bay and there are no food/drink/watersport vendors there that I saw. All in all, maybe our best vacation ever. One note - if you are over 6'4" and prone to hitting your head, there are several roof eave corners where you can hit/cut your head outside the house - I'm 6'8" and had to be very careful.
