Beds were very confortable and clean, yet the bathroom was way too small. As for the restaurant, I ate a chicken dish (lab grown chicken I am sure) was not that great! I strongly suggest that you should charge more for the chicken dishes and get real chicken instead.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and the check in staff was friendly. We had a moment where someone was trying to get in our room at 9am and was aggressively messing with the door knob. Was more intense than someone at the wrong room but didn’t seem to be house keeping either. Also just fyi, you can’t see the lake from the lake view rooms and the service attendant said it’s because of global warming (we were facing a parking garage, not sure global warming built that) but it was good, we enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet is definitely more worth it than ordering Al la cart.

Although I notified the hotel of our late arrival, They no longer had our reservation. They found us another room and another hotel near the Westin. It was late and we were very tired from our long trip, And not having our reservation and taking a taxi to another hotel was very upsetting,

It's a long walk from the elevator to the room
The elevators are only on one end of the structure. The rooms at the other end have a very long walk. Which gets even more irritating when you have a bit of a walk from the detached parking lot to the hotel lobby. Won't be booking this again.

I arrived 20 minutes after check in to find the room was not ready, and would not be for another hour. So frustrating after a long drive, and disrupting my plans. All the hotel could do was to comp my parking, which I had thought the parking garage was include in the fee already. Either way, saving $20 for a huge inconvenience isn't very helpful. The hotel is VERY noisy, someone was smoking on the floor, and my room key was deactivated when I returned for the night. So much for a relaxing night.
