The hotel is in an amazing location however, the millennium room which I had was an oversized room with a living room. However, the room needs updating. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the carpet had visible stains and worn, the living room had a huge table that was almost like a conference room table and didn’t match the other furniture. There was an old scratched mini fridge that looked like an eyesore. The door to the room was rubbing and needed adjusting. The bathroom sink appeared to be clogged and draining improperly.

Customer Care is the #1 priority!
We love the Bostonian!! Front desks staff, the uniformed service attendants - all were welcoming, helpful - just excellent! Location is perfect as there’s no need for a car since there are so many great places to see within walking distance. The only recommendation is that they upgrade some of their furniture, including sliding doors that are in disrepair. Even with those issues this place is still our #1 choice to stay in Boston.

Both nights that we stayed we did not have hot water in the shower. A destination fee was added because we booked through Expedia. Valet parking was an extra $65 a night. We chose a suite however for what you pay I was expecting more. The location is great.
