There is really nothing special about this hotel. There are manybetter hotels in the area. There was no bar or a place to get coffee unless you you went to the mall.The hotel wasn’t overly busy however there was a wait for assistance because it seemed to be short staffed. We had one of the junior suites. A high floor was requested however they only had the 25th floor when we got there. We requested wine glasses and the poor receptionist had to spend 15 minutes trying to find us wine glasses. There were no champagne buckets in the rooms as in most hotels the heater was noisy, whistling, swishing, etc. keeping me awake during the night. I would not go back to this hotel.

No lobby . Hotel under major construction. Which means no lobby and no restaurant or any place to get any food or drinks. Also the bar is removed . You have to walk across the street to the Hilton . This Hotel said nothing about the condition of the building. Stayed here because i stayed here last year and experience was great. This trip is horrible
