This was a one-night stay during a business weekend, so I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. While I was there, it was quiet and comfortable, just what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a pleasing view of the lawn and trees outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The staff at this facility are rude and disrespectful. The hotel itself is not forthright when it comes to letting patrons know about changes in their reserved rooms or extra charges. Staff members on different shifts are not aware of polices that other employees are aware of. We were told we were sent an email regarding the change in our room and I did not receive any such email and had proof. If there is a hold on a credit card they need to explain they are actually withdrawing the money from the account at that time. We asked several times whether or not the money would be withdrawn and were told every time it would not be withdrawn. If the pool is to be closed during a person’s stay, an email should be sent regarding those changes. There were several things in the rooms that needed to be fixed as they were broken.

Mini weekend in Danvers
My husband and I stayed there as we moved our son out of his college dorm. The hotel was not that far from his college and by a plaza that had everything. The room was decent and clean, as was the bathroom. The lobby of the hotel was clean, and the Starbucks cafe downstairs was nice for a quick breakfast grab. The snack section next to the reception desk was our go-to at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here
Hotel allows barking dogs to be left alone in room to awaken guest early in the morning. Complaint to front desk was ignored and barking dog again awakened me next morning. Hotel does not care if customer is able to sleep in their room. In addition, hotel begins hall vacuum at approximately 8AM further ruining the ability to sleep anywhere near the defined departure time of 11am. To repeat, hotel does not seem to care about guest ability to sleep during their stay.
