Upon checking in, they never told us we were on the 4 th floor. Anyone with health conditions should be informed there are many steep steps to take up. This would have been a factor when picking this place. Our room key was 745 which also gave no indication it was in the 4th floor. Disappointing information!!

If you picked this property you would definitely be walking and with your suitcases to get to these brownstones and possibly up one or two stairs into the building. Then you might need to go up one flight or two to get to your room. It was walkable to shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Uber.

Clean, good rooms. No elevator in my building and I was on the 4th floor. And nost importantly, there is apparently no parking and they provide no instructions or assistance with parking. I had no idea where to go.

2 Nights in Boston
If you are looking for convenience, location, and a simple no frills room, this is it. You pick your keys up in the main office and then go to your apartment which will probably be a few blocks away. Close to everything - Prudential Center, restaurants, shops, colleges, library, Fenway, etc. The room was clean and tidy. Not large but functional with kitchenette and coffee. The bathroom had great water pressure, plenty of towels, and the soap and shampoo in convenient dispensers. The AC unit did its job and we slept great. My wife did not see the hair dryer in the closet but the front desk brought another one over to us within minutes. The apt building, as expected in the city, was small with a windy staircase and not a lot of room. The decorations were cute and well done. I definitely recommend Copley House and will definitely consider staying again.

The location of this property is fantastic!! Just a couple blocks from the Prudential Center, restaurants, other shops and college. Our room was very clean and neat. It was very small but very functional for what we needed. The kitchenette was great to have even though we didn't use it. The bathroom had more than enough towels and other essentials like soaps in dispenser pumps. The only downfall was the room was somewhat warm and, like any big city, you do have to be careful when walking around the area at night. The hotel can't control the area though. I definitely recommend Copley House and will definitely consider staying again.

It was nice staying at place and everything was accessible especially the stores and restaurants. Plus the transportation that I used once. Parking was accessible for the stay at the location since parking around the area is very limited. My only recommendation is for check out instead of texting, maybe having a drop box in dropping the keys at the different buildings and a simple check out via tablet (s).

Propriété très bien située dans un quartier calme et proche des commodités. La chambre était super propre et l'accueil professionnel et amical. Petite cuisine très bien équipée et petite terrasse sympa. Possibilité de garer la voiture moyennant paiement. Bémol : vendu comme une chambre mais il s'agit en fait d'un studio où le lit est séparé du salon par une cloison partielle. Le canapé lit nanque cruellement de confort et nous devions pousser la table pour l'ouvrir. Une petite table et seulement deux chaises pour 4 occupants.

Cute, quaint, historic area was nice, and I felt safe (single female). Downside was I had no control over thermostat. Had to contact front desk. But they leave at 10 pm. It was adequately furnished but sparse, not decorative. However, I would stay again if for one or two nights. Syaff was great.

We had a cute studio apartment that suited our needs perfectly for our week stay in Boston. It was situated perfectly near restaurants, stores, and the Metra trains. We were also a 3 minute walk to our shuttle bus for the convention center.
