Due to Hurricane Ian: There are NO AMENITIES. There will be power washing, painting of the buildings. 1 pool is projected to open 12/21/2024. Any persons entering this building does so at their own risk. Holds harmless the property owner, rental management, & condo association for any injuries that may occur. Construction is ongoing & fluid. You will hear/see heavy construction equipment, workers present, loud noise, concrete work. Our rates per night are reduced to accommodate this. There will be no additional discounts given.

Beautiful, updated condo steps away from Bonita Beach. Perfect location to relax, take in the sunshine & sand and let your cares melt away. Don't miss the beautiful sunsets right from your lanai!

You will have full access to our beautifully remodeled studio condo to enjoy your beach vacation. Located on the 9th floor looking southwest you will be amazed at the ocean views. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, the whole deal, beautiful marble like tile floor. The updates continue into the bathroom with a walk in shower. The condo is located across the street from Bonita Beach with a pedestrian cross walk for easy access. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, beach cart, beach umbrella and beach towels & chairs. We also provide a starter kit for your basic essentials toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap ect. It doesn't get much better than this.

well the location is excellent , the view is awesome , but the bed is umcorfortable , the mattress needed to be changed 5 years ago , same the as the sofa bed , whit that beautiful balcony a coffee table would be great , but the place was clean & the location is excellent

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The view was amazing. The unit was clean and updated with just enough space, including storage. Highly recommend. If I had to find a fault, it would be the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Million dollar view
Just returned from 5 nights here. Condo has nicely been recently renovated and has a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Gulf from it's 9th floor location. Screened in patio was perfect for an evening cocktail and watching the sunset. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we were looking to stay another night, which we did. Loved the location, as we walked across the street to the beach each day and found several restaurants within walking distance. Took a drive north to Fort Myers Beach one day and were very glad with our choice to stay here and not up there, no traffic issues! Building was quiet and easy access to elevators from parking lot right outside, which was also never close to being filled up. All in all very happy with our stay, we'll be back in the future!

We just spent 4 nights in this lovely condo while visiting family in Fort Myers. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We found everything clean, lots of soft towels, a comfortable king size bed, and the view of the gulf was amazing! I highly recommend this property to others.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the public beach, which is fantastic for swimming and even has a jet ski rental (and Doc's Beach House).
