Pproperty location was good. although i only stayed a couple of nights i had to go to reception three times as the key card did not work. this seemed to be problem that affected other guests. it would help if the lifts were sign posted as well

Very Bad Room
Its a very noisy room, can hear the next room talking and tv all night. Carpet was wet through all over, it was like walking on water floor. Really a terrible stay

Britannia Experience
I had to wait for almost one minute for the reception guy to come inside and attend me. He was outside smoking with other members of staff. The fact that the rooms only have Internet connection if it pay, made my administrative time a nightmare. I had to use laptop in public areas. Electric plug connection wasn't available next to the bed, which forced me to leave my mobile, which I use an an alarm, on the desk table.
