We had an enjoyable experience. The check in process was easy. There is a parking garage that costs extra. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. They don’t have vending machines on the floors, just ice machines. They do have a little store in the lobby, but be prepared to spend some money. I would suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Traveling alone with child. Felt safe the whole time. The only hassle was with Travelocity's reservation, it was completely incorrect. The hotel gave me the same rate and was very nice and accommodating. Switching to Hilton Honors and not using 3rd party reservations again.

Hotel is centrally located in a nice area downtown with tons of nightlife. Parking garage is owned by an outside third party. Spaces are very crowded and cramped. Driving lanes are very narrow.

Went to Boise for my nieces wedding in another hotel downtown. We walked to and from the event across downtown and felt safe and had a great walk the hotel was clean our room was perfect with Mountain View gorgeous! The surrounding area was clean safe and family friendly lots to do will definitely come back
