Located just 10–15 minutes from all the best that Blue Ridge, GA has to offer; including Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Lake, Downtown BR, Serenity Spa, and the Aska Adventure Trails—this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with the option to bring up to 2 house-trained dogs along for the adventure.

Step inside and feel instantly embraced by warm wood interiors and curated mountain décor. The main-level living area offers a stone gas fireplace (seasonal use), plush seating, and a Smart TV for cozy evenings. Just outside, the covered porch features a comfy lounge area, gas grill, and peaceful views of the forest and sky.

The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything from a Keurig + brew pot combo and ice maker to a blender, crockpot, casserole dishes, BBQ tools, spices, wine glasses, and a full set of baking and cooking essentials. Dine indoors at the large table or enjoy a casual dinner outdoors on the porch.

Each of the three bedrooms includes a Smart TV and thoughtful touches, with a king master suite in the loft (with private balcony + ensuite), and two queen bedrooms; one on the main level with porch access, and one on the lower level near a full bath and the entertainment lounge.

Downstairs, you’ll find a game room with a pool table, dart board, game table, board games, wet bar, and access to the hot tub and fire pit just beyond the lower porch.

Hidden River lives up to its name; the Toccoa River is just a half-mile hike away. While you can’t drive directly to it, the hike is a guest favorite, especially in the cooler seasons.
