No WiFi and poor customer service
There was no WiFi in my room unless I step out of the room, the engineer told me to bring my laptop to him at the lobby, of course it connected and back to my room I lost it. I called the front desk several times, was told to move me to another room and the last staff I spoke to said “I cannot guarantee WiFi in any room for u but we can try… don’t call back until midnight, I had work and deadlines.. the attitude of the staff on the phone was terrible

The hotel was really clean and nice. Rooms were very roomy and comfortable. Check in staff was rude. We checked in around 1030p. We had completed the online check in and stated we would not arrive until late. When we arrived desk staff member was in the back. When they came to desk the staff member stated “what do you need” He checked us in with minimal verbal contact as if he was bothered. When we arrived at our room the key card was not coded correctly and were unable to access room. My husband returned to the desk and encountered the same kind of customer service although the problem was corrected. Everything would have been excellent if the evening staff would not have been so rude and bothered to minor request. We travel to Philly several times during the summer and have stayed in various hotels. We would stay here again if the customer service was improved

Trudell was an employee at the front desk who choose to sit in the back office while we waited for 15 minutes for him to decide when he wanted to address us, claiming that he has other things to do besides checking us in. When asked if he was the only employee working, he ignored our question and acted as if we weren’t there. Very rude & unprofessional!

Comfortable Stay at the Sheraton Suites
The entire hotel staff was really helpful and courteous, from the check-in counter to the Bar. The only knock would be the noise you could hear from loud guests late at night. This is primarily due to how the rooms are located inside the hotel.

We came in for a weekend visit and the hotel was great. We arrived early from our flight but were able to hang in the lobby until a room became available for us. Hotel staff was super nice and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was our first visit to Philly and we preferred the hotel location. Granted, outside of the city center but it was still only about a 20 minute drive to main attractions. We LOVED that there’s a hotel shuttle to the airport which made getting around super easy! Will definitely come stay again.
