Cozy Black Mountain Apartment for two, 15 Miles From Asheville

Black Mountain is one of the more popular small town attractions in Western NC and this cozy apartment is within walking distance (.5 mile). Downtown Asheville is a mere 15 min drive. Our home serves as a base for monthly hiking and backpacking excursions around the region and would certainly serve you in that capacity as well!

The space: The apartment is located in the basement of our home with its own parking and private entrance in the back of our house. There is a large patio deck for enjoying the sunsets (the street is called West View for a reason), as well as the cool mountain breezes. The apartment is fairly large with its own kitchen and dining area (including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and toaster). There is also a full private bathroom with standard bath/shower. Smart TV and Wifi for you to enjoy.

Other things to note:
We do live in the upstairs portion of the home. If we are here, you are likely to hear us walking around or talking! However, we tend to be gone most weekends (enjoying the mountains we call home), so this is rarely an issue. We are very courteous of our guests and will remain as quiet as possible during your stay. We have never had complaints about this, but want to be transparent.

PLEASE NOTE: the pathway to the apartment is a stone walkway with steps (see photos). It is not ideal for those with concerns about mobility or walking over uneven surfaces.
