There was no hot water, and only knew one hour before so there wasn't time to find another place to stay with shuttle to airport. And no discount for inconvenience. The room carpet was dirty debris all on floor, kids socks where black after walking on floor. The mini fridge was frozen up . The soaps where used already open in bathroom. The curtains to shade room would close as they should , maintenance on room isn't a priority for guest. The only positive thing was the shuttle service to airport. Aloha
