The entrance is not really inviting !and it doesn’t look welcoming. No breakfast included or coffee . Bathroom super small. For the amount of money I expect more .

The lobby and hotel floors smelled like cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking area. Our room was hot and dank, no AC unit turned on and very unwelcoming. The carpets were dirty. The laundry room was dirty with mosquitos and lint on top of the machines. I chose the hotel for its great location to BU and town, but will NOT be staying here again.

I was placed on the 1st floor along with a group of rowdy and disrespectful young people. They were extremely loud and disruptive from 1am to 4am. Although we called the front desk multiple times, they did not quiet down. I had to confront them personally at 4am. We had terrible night - no rest. Afterwards? The management was very apologetic and offered us a refund. They did the right thing but we payed the price of a night of no sleep,

We were in a room right next to the emergency stairs exit. ALL NIGHT I was woken up by the door slamming, people walking, talking and even whistling at 2AM!!!! Not a good experience. Everything else was fine.

Hi H.I. My Sister joined Ne for a 2 night stay in downtown Binghamton. Bob was very accommodating at the front desk! The rest of the staff was helpful as well. Out check in was a bit delayed because of the cyber computer shutdown. The occasion We were celebrating was my 3 yr old Granddaughters Birthday! My Son his wife and their 3 yr old really loved swimming in your lovely pool! The room was comfortable, clean and delightful! Thank You, Jeanne Herman
