While the property is close to the west entrance of Yellowstone which was a great plus, some of the services such as the Continental breakfast were lacking. All most people want before embarking on a day in Yellowstone is a hot cup of coffee to go. The less than luke warm, coffee was a disappointment. It’s not much to ask. Luckily there was an early open McDonalds just down a block or so. I will say that the check in was perfect and the room was clean. With all the other hotel options, look carefully and decide for yourself.

We were put in the nosiest hotel room I’ve ever been in … soo needless to say my sleep was awful . I would not recommend staying here unless your room is far away from the breakfast room / lobby .

One of the better hotels in the area. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were super friendly and attentive. After a long day in yellowstone it was nice to get back to the hotel and enjoy sitting next to the firepit and look at the stars. They offer complementary smore packets. They also offer free snacks to take for your day outings. If you want to do laundry they had that too for free. We definitely will stay here again.

Was able to book last minute room and was pleasantly surprised. Pool and hot tub were great for kids. Close proximity to park make it a great place for families visiting Yellowstone.

Great hotel.
Was very confortable room. Very clean. Receptionist should be advising for tourist ( for example please take your passports if you visiting as you would be asked to prove your ID). That would helped. We where visiting Orem.

When I checked in the front desk person noted that I needed to pay a $15 USD resort fee. I saw that on my confirmation, but asked what it included. Apparently, it is to use the laundry facilities and the pool/hot tub. I said, what if I don't use either. I was told I had to pay, regardless. We also stayed at the Kelly Inn next door which was just as good, had a nice pool/hot tub we could use for free. The laundry facilities would have cost a few dollars, if we needed to use them. Why charge a separate "resort fee"? It's just kind of annoying, especially since it's not a resort. Just charge a room rate and be done with it.

The hotel was a good no frills hotel, conveniently located, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent all our time in Yellowstone so only needed to sleep there for a few nights. Has a nice pool and hot tub which we didn't use. Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat nearby. They offer a continental breakfast and some snacks. Perfect for accessing the park.
