New hotel, great staff!
The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were new and clean and the breakfast was well stocked and delicious we had many staff members ask us how are stay was and strike up conversation. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel close to highway.
Nice hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly. We had a quiet room facing the forest and in the evening we saw rabbits and ground hogs.

We book this hotel for our annual family vacation to Michigan. The hotel was very clean and the service was great! Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Had a nice pool for my kids to enjoy and the fitness center actually had free weights and a cable machine instead of all cardio like most hotels.

The room was sooo clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We wanted to get an early check in because we were there for a wedding and the front desk/reception coukd have had better customer service but we also understood it must have been a busy day for them. Great experience overall.

We were not allowed to "gather" quietly in the lobby area while waiting for incoming relatives. At a later time another group were being quite loud outside the entrance doors. Rules should be rules! Our window electric blinds were broken. We asked about fixing them every day but they were still broken when we left. Of the 2 windows we were not able to block one of them. We also felt there should have been some reimbursement.

The hotel is very pretty and new. The area surrounding is not nice at all. The staff was asleep at the front desk at 9am on a Sunday morning.
