Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Instalações péssimas e obsoletas do hotel Metrópol
Hotel muito velho a construção, todos os hotéis no Brasil que fiquei até hoje limpavam o quarto todo dia, este apenas um dia porque tive que solicitar. A tv estava queimada, lençóis furado, elevador não funciona há tempos pelo jeito, internet parou de funcionar no terceiro dia, as instalações são muito antigas e ultrapassadas, pelo jeito o dono não está nem ai para os clientes. Os recepcionistas são bons, café bom e atendimento bom. O problema está no hotel

O quarto inicialmente reservado cheirava a mofo. Depois trocou pra um okas com tinta do WC descascando. O wi-fi é ruim e a televisão só sintoniza canais religiosos à excessão de um. Quarto reservado para casa mas só tem um jogo de toalhas

Fiquei no metrópole há 2 anos e era tudo bem cuidado e reformado.... O apartamento 218 que me colocaram pra ficar ruim tinha que melhorar muito... Péssima limpeza, cuidado, manutenção.

Ótima localização. Próximo aos principais museus, além de excelentes bares na redondeza. As únicas coisas que deixaram a desejar: a falta de um elevador que funcione e a piscina que estava extremamente suja, ao que parecia, estava nesse estado a bastante tempo, assim como o elevador.

Já me hospedei no hotel outras vezes. Ele está localizado em um região estratégica, possibilitando acesso rápido e fácil a supermercados, shopping, metrô, bares, entre outros. O atendimento dos recepcionistas e demais funcionários foi muito bom. Quanto à estrutura, o hotel precisa de uma reforma e também precisa melhorar a qualidade e a quantidade de opções de itens no café da manhã.
