"I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice while attending a conference instead of staying at the official conferencerr hotel. I originally chose it because it was a lot cheaper than the suggested hotel and now I will always stay there. The person who checked me in, Jennifer I think, was extremely helpful with suggesting things to do in the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was great, perfect location for downtown activities, terrific restaurant on the bottom floor, and economical also. Perfect hotel for me! "

"We recently stayed at the hotel. We decided to have dinner at Lola since it was in the hotel. Our experience was horrible! We were ignored, the night specials were not offered to us, even though I asked for dinner suggestions. They took our order, brought our meal out. Which was horrible! Salmon was oily and some pieces were either under cooked or burned, french fries were soggy and calamari war extra crispy! They never came back to check on us if everything was ok or needed drinks refills. The server walked by once, asked if everything was ok. I responded, no and he smiled and kept on walking. Didn't eat any of our food. Asked for the bill. The manager came out to collect our paymet. He asked if everything was ok. I responded with a no. I explained what was wrong. Which he responded with a smile and said "you should've said something". Charged my credidt card and said thank you. Never had such a horrible experience. "

"The location is fantastic as it's central to lots of restaurants and shopping and events. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and fun. Property was clean and parking is convenient."
