There was a rather steep slope to negotiate, but our hosts made sure that we were able to safely access the area, helping with luggage. "

The Bentonville and Coher trails were less than 20 min car ride away. It’s no wonder this area is called the MTB capital of the US. The lake was beautiful and calm. I highly recommend "

"We were on our way to a VRBO in Asheville, NC when Hurricane Helene wiped out Western NC. Stuck in Memphis, we decided to explore Bentonville. We are grateful we were safe, The weather, check-in, check-out was smooth and easy. The property in located in a nice neighborhood, and has peaceful deck and backyard. The Back 40 trail system is just steps away. If you are a mountain biker, I suspect this area is idea. If you are a hiker, or hoping for more restaurant choices, consider looking at the Rogers/Beaver Lake area instead of Bella Vista. The best hiking we had was actually in the Devils Den state park area, a little over an hour south. Even nicer hiking looks about 2 hours SE. Again, we were very fortune to salvage our vacation, be safe, and explore a beautiful part of our country."
