Book a hotel near Bedwell Bayfront Park, Menlo Park

"Immaculate is the word that comes to mind, given the price point and overall look of the property. You may be very surprised after you check in at the very humble and basic lobby with minimal staff. If you arrive late, you may even need to stand out in the cold wind at their after-hours window to check in, when the lobby is closed. It doesn't matter at all, cuz the room is brand new, the bathroom brand new, hallways perfect carpet and immaculate. Brand new cabinets, big screen TV, everything. You won't find anything like this on the SF peninsula below $200. Feel free to spend double on a HI Express if you wish...it probably won't be this good. "

"Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at all costs instead of risking being left high and dry yet again. "

"I had an amazing stay at here. I have stayed at other properties so I am accustom to the room set up. Yes, it is compact but extremely efficient. The technology makes up for the room size - all the controls (lights, window shades and tv) on the iPad. In reality, this is great for a business hotel. I don't know about you but I don't really stay in my hotel room to work anyways. There are lots of public nooks and spaces to work and socialize. The bar was amazing, even if you aren't consuming an adult beverage. They have filtered and sparking water on tap to freely refill my water bottle. They will even give you a water bottle to bring back up to your room. I was really lucky to book during a holiday week. Per the staff, it is a great time because you will have run of the house (and the room rates are amazing). I would come back for a end of week retreat."

"This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. "
