Ground floor : entrance via terrace in living room (kitchen/ dining/ lounge areas, sofa bed to provide separate sleeping arrangement). 2 bedrooms : (Bedroom 1 includes the shower room with WC, double bed) (Bedroom 2 with single bed & study area). 'Split' system for heating & air conditioning. Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bathtube). Bed linen & towels supplied free. Outdoors : tiled and enclosed terrace (outdoor furniture, relax area), 2 parking areas available. Public park with trees & fitness trail about 400m away, many leafy spots nearby.
