The good- the staff were nice and helpful. Check in check out was a breeze. The location is close to metro and buses. Easy airport/city access. It is a little far from the city, but there are excellent restaurants near the establishment. The property itself is really pretty. We did not try to use any of their facilities or restaurants. The clurb at the top is pretty cool if you’re into the vibe! The bad- The comforters smelled like sweat and urine? We had room made up the next day, but the comforters were still very mildewy. So we just put dnd on the door for the third day. It wasn’t a huge deal breaker as we were exploring the city most of the time, but also my fault for not asking for new comforters/duvets. Kinda made for a disappointing experience.

The customer service was excellent of the hotel and dining was fantastic! I highly recommend them. The plumbing fixtures need some updating. The tub was not working properly but they immediately sent the maintenance team in to get it fixed.
