The beds are advertised as Queen when they in fact DoubleXL. Terrible false advertising. Bathroom fan did not work and there was pronounced dampness and musty smell in the room around the bathroom. Location was good being so close to the town shops. The Bar Harbor Lobster Company next door was exceptional!

This property is extremely old and overpriced. You have a stripped down basic room on a loud road. It charges more than a very, very nice hotel for a run down facility.

This is truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Staff was not friendly at all. Tv was only accessible via your own apps. Everything in room is cheap, heard ever step in room above. No in room coffee or water. Cannot wait to leave this morning.

Trip to Acadia
We stayed 5 nights. This hotel was seasonably priced and located less than half a mile to downtown and close to many restaurants. Also easy access to the park. The team did a nice job with cleaning the room. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This property was located in a great area that was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit soft for us and the pillows were a bit overstuffed. Coffee was not available in our room but was available in the office along with some bars and instant oatmeal. A laundromat was located across the street. We would stay here again.

Great motel. A bit pricey for the unit, but because it’s walkable to the water and through the town it was great. I would like a bigger sink area and softer pillows. Can’t complain though. Pizza and great bar on one side, and lobster restaurant on the other. Only needed the car to drive to Acadia National Park which was a quick 20 minutes.
