The Best Western was quiet, easy to access, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ready at 3:30am for those of us catching early flights, and shuttle service was prompt.

I had been arranged to a room in the basement and the window facing to parking lot. When I entered the room, it smelt musty. The curtain isn’t wide enough to cover the window and unmovable. So funny and useless. Maybe just for decoration.

Everything was clean and close walking distance to train. Only real negative was the room had a weird smell when you walked in. Wasn’t horribly offensive or anything just a little weird.

My husband set his cell phone down and we were headed to Sea-Tac. We called and Helen who was working the front desk found his phone and within hours his phone was being shipped to our house. We honestly thought we would never see it again. I am sure this happens often, but we so appreciate the time she took to help us out.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful! The Shuttle Service hours were very helpful. My only criticism would be that it could use a little more sound proofing. Woke up in the night to the outside traffic.
