Surroundings are nice . They don’t clean your room door empty your garbage. Food is good. Staff are okay. They need little bit of customer service specially the one managing the place.

Wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer auf Grund von Renovierungsarbeiten. Leider mit lauter Klimaanlage, aber dafür mit Fenster zu Reisfeldern. Das Zimmer war landestypisch ungepflegt, abgewohnt und schmutzig, aber es geht deutlich schlimmer auf den Philippinen für den Preis. Die Dame an der Rezeption war behilflich und machte das beste aus den bescheidenen Möglichkeiten des Hotels. Der Rest des Personals machte keinen guten Eindruck. Internet funktionierte im Zimmer nicht. Das Anwesen ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, mit viel Wasser und Grünflächen, bedarf aber ebenfalls Renovierung, die gerade durchgeführt wurde. Das Frühstück war super, leider war nicht einmal der Tee inbegriffen und völlig überteuert. Dafür war die Limo günstig. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig an der Straße nach Banaue. Es fahren Jeepneys direkt dorthin. Man muss sich nur vor an die Straße stellen.
