A little slice of heaven
This place is amazing. The spa area is great and provided a range of relaxing pools, saunas and steam room. I love the fact that the food is all inclusive and I didn't have to worry about that during the stay. I felt refreshed and energised after the stay.

In Summe war der Aufenhalt ganz okay, aber von einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mir im Bezug aufs Personal und das Entgegenkommen mehr erwartet. Man musste Vollpension nehmen und konnte auch nach Nachfrage keine Halbpension nehmen. An sich ja kein Problem, aber wenn der Check-In um 16:00 ist und das Mittagessen bis 16:00 geht und man somit für 2 Nächte nur 1 mal das Mittagessen bekommt, ist das eine Frechheit, wenn man bedenkt, dass man Vollpension nehmen MUSS. Als man das bei der Rezeption angesprochen hat, hieß es nur, dass man ja früher anreisen hätte können. Dann sollte das bitte auch im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden, denn wenn steht Check-In ab 16:00, dann nehme ich nicht an, dass ich Leistungen schon vorher beziehen kann. Noch dazu war die Dame an der Rezeption super unfreundlich. Wenn man den Pool am Abreisetag noch nutzen will, muss man pro Person EUR 25 zahlen. Vor einem halben Jahr waren das noch EUR 10. Hätte mir hier mehr erwartet!!

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe mit schöner Aussicht. Die Wander-bzw.Radwege sind direkt vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Das Personal- besonders Vaclav- ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen bietet gute Abwechslung für Auge und Gaumen - Die Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Alles in Allem eint toller Aufenthalt.
