We went to visit the Bad Kissingen music festival and this was an ideal place for us, as it was nice and quiet and five minutes away from the venues. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the help and assistance of the Spanish young man who ran the front desk. He was exceptionally helpful, and he who could speak several languages fluently including German, English and Spanish.

Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Hotel
Das Haus hat mir einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in Bad Kissingen ermöglicht. Offensichtlich wurden vor nicht allzu langer Zeit umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten im Inneren des Hauses durchgeführt, welche insgesamt einen sehr positiven Eindruck vermitteln. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr gepflegt, der Komfort war gut. Überrascht hat mich der recht schöne Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit würde ich in allen Bereichen des Hotels als makellos bezeichnen, das ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch sehr gefallen hat mir die freundliche Art der Mitarbeitenden, die professionell und dennoch etwas familiär auf die Gäste zugingen, was zum Charakter des Hotels sehr gut passt. Ein kompaktes aber hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet war inkludiert, hier habe ich nichts vermisst. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenso gepflegt. Einzig und allein die Eingangssituation des Hotels fällt ein wenig aus dem Rahmen und wirkt im Vergleich zu allen genannten, sehr positiven Aspekten, nur begrenzt einladend. Vielleicht ergeben sich hier mittelfristig noch Möglichkeiten zur freundlicheren Gestaltung und Sanierung. Bis zum nächsten Aufenthalt, liebes Hotelteam!

Das Positive zuerst: sehr freundlicher Service und alles recht neu. Auch die Bar ist ausgesprochen gut mit einem top Barkeeper. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage für faire 8€ pro Nacht - jedoch mit relativ begrenzten Plätzen. Leider wirkt die Ausstattung der Zimmer billig. Vor allem die Kissen und die Bettdecken sind von schlechter Qualität. Im Zimmer fehlt es zudem an einem Safe und der eigentlich üblichen Flasche Wasser sowie Gläser.

Modern mooi hotel in centrum van Bad Kissingen. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed personeel, mooie kamers. Enige minpunt is dat het op de kamer erg warm blijft, ondanks radiator uit en ramen deels open. Ook parkeren onder hotel was beschikbaar.

Das Hotel an sich war ganz schön. Der telefonische Kontakt war auch angenehm , sofern man die Öffnungszeiten im Blick hat. Leider konnten wir im Hotel nichts essen ,da die Küche Feiertags geschlossen hat , dies war bei den Öffnungszeiten aber nicht ersichtlich. Wir wollten sehr früh auschecken , deshalb rief ich im Hotel an um zu fragen , wie das ginge , da die Rezeption nicht besetzt sei. Am Telefon war ich mit einem anderen Hotel verbunden , mir wurde gesagt , ich müsse nur die Karten im Zimmer lassen und alles sei gut. Leider war das nicht so. Ich bekam einen Anruf , dass ich die Kurtaxe noch zahlen müsse und dazu sollte ich auch unterschreiben. Naja , jetzt kommt wohl noch eine Rechnung. Vielleicht sollte man die Gäste vorher darauf hinweisen und fragen , wann sie abreisen. Dann könnte man dies im Voraus klären . Leider ist das Hotel auch recht hellhörig Das Bett ist gut.
