Otel tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile sonuçlandı. Oda, yemek, hizmet vasat bir durumda idi. Şezlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz yazmasına rağmen oda başı bir şemsiye ve iki şezlong veriliyor oda da 3 kişi konaklayıp 3 kişi ücreti ödenmesine rağmen şezlong sayısı 2 ile sınırlandırılıyor. Tavsiyem rahat etmek istiyorsanız bütçenizde kısıtlı ise kiralık evlere gitmek çok daha konforlu.

3-5 Eylül tarihleri arasında arkadaşlarımız ile kısa bir tatil yapmak için Lavinia’yı seçtik.Beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir yer ile karşılaştık.Memnun olmak için sizin ne beklediğiniz çok önemli.Biz sadece yatacak yer olsa yeter gibi düşünmüştük.Lavinia çok tatlı bir aile işletmesi.Bizimle gerçekten çok güzel ve samimi bir şekilde ilgilendiler.Karşılamadan,uğurlamaya kadar hep ihtiyaçlarımızı sordular.Kendilerine buradan tekrar teşekkür ederiz.Bir sıkıntı olduğunda ise resepsiyonu aramanız yeterli hemen çözüm buluyorlar.Otelin konumu denize çok yakın,kendilerine ait plajları var.Ayvalık merkeze de çok yakın.Mutlu olmak istedikten sonra sorunsuz tatil yapabilirsiniz ama derdiniz memnuniyetsizlik aramaksa burada ki emek veren güzel insanları üzmeyin.Her şey için tekrar tekrar teşekkürler iyi ki sizi seçtik.Otelden çıkarken söylemeyi unutmuşuz :) Deniz yıldızı meyhanesini de tavsiye ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz çok eğlendik :) seneye görüşmek üzere:)))

Otele ilk yerlestigimiz gün oda kapısı kitlenmiyordu buzul kol bir gün sonra tamir edildi. Banyoda duşakabin yok. Gergin standart kahvaltı çıkıyor. Akşam yemek menüsü çok zayıf yemeği kendin alıyorsun servis kötü değil hic yok. Personel işletmecilik konusunda çok amatör hizmet tatmin edici değil. Otelin kumsalda kendine ait bölümü iki senzong alabiliyorsunuz. Kumsalda büfe var ucretli şekilde yararlanılıyor. Otelin küçük bir havuzu var ancak havuz kenarında guneslenecek yer yok.

Uzak ama Güzel Sahili var.
Eski bir otel. Sanırım el değiştirmiş yeni sahipleri gerçekten iyi niyetli, Otele bir kültür kazandırmak istiyorlar. Ellerinden gelen imkanları en iyisini yapmaya çalışmışlar. İşletenler nazik hanımefendiler çalışanlar erkek, maalesef hem tecrübesiz hemde nezaketsizler. Sanırım pandemi nedeniyle self servis ve açık menü değil, yemek ve kahvaltı maskesiz ve nezaketsiz çalışanlar tarafından masaya geliyor. Hizmet çok yavaş. Akşam yemeği ana yemek genelde olmuyor. Yemekler lezzetli. Havuzda şezlong yok ve etrafı temiz değil. Deniz ve sahilde sunulan imkanlar iyi orada kafe de var fiyatlar iyi ve ayvalık tostu lezzetli :-)

Berbat - asla gitmeyin
Kız kardesımın dügünü otelin yakınında olduğu için aılem ve arkadaşlar bu otele ayarladık - toplam 6-7 oda (4 gece). Giriş hızlı yapıldı, resepsiyonda kı hanfendı gayet hızlı ve Güler yüzlü. Ancak geri kalan hersey felaket. Oda mobilyaları çok eski - çarşaflar vs çok eski ve hıc de temiz durmuyordu. Banyo aynı sekılde heryer kıl, balkona su dökülmüş ama temizlenmiş - sanırım temizlikte kullanılan suyu dökmüşler çünkü heryer çamur gibiydı. Odada kı buzdolabu sadece oda anahtarı ıle çalışıyordu yanı dolapta bırsey muhafaza etmek ımkansız. Ben bebegıme süt hazırladıgım icin yedek anahtar ıstedım - Onu da zorla aldım. Aldım ama bır gün temızlıkcı çıkarıp almış dolapdakı süt bozulmuştu. Bu arada abımlerın ıkı odasında ne buzdolabı vardı nede yatak da çarşaf. Temızlık konusuna gelince - temizlik sadece ıstek yapılınca yapılıyordu. Ama istek yapmamıza rağmen çoğu gün yapılmadı, bır gün yapıldığında havluyu tek koymuşlar (odada kaç kışı kalmamızı bıldıklerı halde) ve heryer yıne pıs. Balkon yıne çamur - kulluk boşaltılmış ama bı suya bıle tutulmamış. Kahvaltı ılk gün felaket - Paket de ekmek ve yumurta ıle doyurduk karnımızı, kahvaltı 45 dk sonra geldi. Gelen kahvaltı da bı ıse yaramazdı, yemedım bıle. Ertesı günler daha iyıydı sanırım yenı ürün gelmiş :) Yanı genel olarak çok kötü ben hayatımda bu kadar kötü otelde kalmadım. Hele bu fıyata hıc kalmadım - akrabalarımız aynı fıyata çok daha lüks otellerde kaldı. Tek avantajı merkezde olması
