You'll never want to leave this poolside oasis! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home backs up to a quiet section of one of Austins most historic greens, The Riverside Golf Course. Only 2 miles to Downtown Austin, and 1.5 miles to Lady Bird Lake with miles and miles of hiking and biking on Austins most iconic lakeside trail. Home is situated on one acre with NO nearby neighbors. We love that for you! Privacy awaits at your Eastside Pool Paradise!

Great stay!
The house was great! We were a group of girls that came for a birthday and had a great time. Plenty of space, the house has everything you need and is a beautiful modern home. Big space for parking, centered location, and great pool. Great place to stay!!

If you don’t mind not having hot water, this place is fine.
The property was not ready for us when we arrived. The cleaning staff and maintenance crew were still working after we checked in. Despite paying the fees for 17 people, only 14 towels were provided. The spa was not filled with water and was therefore, unusable, and the pool was dirty. On day 2 of our 4-day stay, the tankless hot water heater stopped working. Despite trying to contact the property manager using the several contact numbers that were provided and several attempts throughout the remainder of our stay, they never responded. More than half of our visit we had no functioning hot water in the house. It was extremely embarrassing to invite family and friends to a rental that did not provide basic necessities such as appropriate number of towels and HOT WATER…

Luxury Getaway
The property is beautifully maintained, decorated and spacious. We had 18 girls for a bachelorette party and were very comfortable the entire weekend. The hosts are extremely communicative, helpful and accommodating. Location is very central -- drive to airport is 10 mins and to downtown is also about 10 minutes. Loved our stay an would absolutely stay again! Strongly recommend!

Great proximity to downtown, nice pool and clean!
Enjoyed our stay with a large group, super easy to get anywhere downtown and the airport. The location is quiet but in a bit of strange small neighborhood, nothing walkable but easy to get around with Ubers. We loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor space. Super clean and updated inside with a ton of extra garbage bags, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies which was amazing. Plenty of beds and sleeping areas. Recommend for other groups trying to check out downtown but have some outdoor space of your own!

On the golf Course
This house is close to every thing. A lot of cool coffee shops, restaurants, everything downtown, hike and bike trails on the lake, and of course the golf course. Everything was really clean and essentially brand new. Communication and team were top notch.

Great house
Incredible location just minutes from downtown. It backs up to a golf course which is really beautiful. There were plenty of beds and plenty of rooms, and everything is nice and bright. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie and 512 Retreat did a great job making sure we have everything we needed.

Luxurious escape SO close to Downtown and Golf course
My husband and brother and law raved over this place because of its proximity to the golf course & my sister and i loved being able to walk the trails at lady bird lake and shop downtown. Also, only a few mins away from the airport. This location really cant be beat!! Inside, the furnishings are luxurious and high end. It almost felt as if we were staying at a hotel instead of a house. I highly reccommend this place and the 512 Retreat team!
