Very nice modern clean hotel. Right in the heart of the harbour which is why we booked here for one night. Room had view of the harbour and marina. Friendly staff and great amenities. Popular bar restaurant at the entrance. We aprled in the council parking at the back of the hotel which has a stair well to the front of the hotel

We stayed two days after our cruise trip. The location is excellent for us to get off the ship and walk over to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are all around the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Comfortable room, quiet, attentive, staff, great breakfast. However, it looks like it could use some paint. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit, which is annoying. It would get real cold and then it would get real hot.

We stayed 2 nights over New Year’s Eve. This was very convenient for enjoying the very popular Viaduct Harbor area for the festivities. No rooftop bar or views except of Princes Wharf across the street (see photos) but easy to walk around.
