I had an average at Grand Millennium. The staff at the reception were super lovely, but the biggest let down was the room. It was very dark (no main lighting, only lamps) and had a small window to the side of the room, which provided no view or light. The kettle also had mould, so I was unable to have any hot drinks. This all said, the staff were amazing, and I really appreciated their help. Overall, a bit disappointed.
