Nicely appointed unit, good location, nice outlook, friendly and helpful manager. Thank you Sounja (excuse spelling). We will be back again for another stay. Have stayed here 4 times now - our first choice when coming to Auckland.

Liked the view of the beach. Location. A tired property with various notices in the unit e.g. "Wash dishes after using," don't use facecloths for removing makeup otherwise there will be an extra charge." An extra $20 for an additional guest but no extra towel supplied. Would not stay here again.

Great location, close enough to Auckland, you can see the sky tower in the distance, local ferry to the islands and Auckland. The beach is just a 2 minute walk. This is our 2nd time staying at the resort and will use again when we come again.

While the location is wonderful, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the layout of the villa was spacious, homely and sufficient for our purposes, we were overwhelmed with the musty smell that impregnated our clothing and possessions. The same smell was in another villa we stayed in earlier in the year too.
