The check in staff was very professional and accommodating. Carlo was very helpful and friendly and Roberto was pleasant and welcoming. Had a great stay. Within walking distance of Amalfi and there is a nook of restaurants and shops in Atrani to enjoy. Nice beach and view of the sea.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. Carlo was extremely helpful, assisting us with our luggage and ensuring we didn’t have to worry about the steps. The receptionist arranged transportation to the ferry for us, and overall, the service was outstanding. The views from our room were fantastic! "The restaurant downstairs offered amazing food, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Amalfi. It made our stay even more enjoyable!"

Fab hotel with really friendly staff
We stayed for 5 nights here and made use of the spa. Roberta who served us breakfast each day was so helpful and friendly. The room had an amazing view over the bay and the spa was relaxing. We would stay again as this is only 10 mins walk into Amalfi via the tunnel and away from the madness of they crowds in Amalfi. Good places to eat in Atrani and a beach.

We initially stayed in a standard room and asked to move because the size was too small and the room amenities were mediocre, bed was hard, pillows were flat, and bathroom was tiny, also seems outdated. We then upgraded to a room with a view and it was night and day. The room and bathroom was spacious and the furnishings were newer. Highly recommend paying for the view and the upgraded rooms but hard to tel what you will get when booking, glad we upgraded made our stay much better.

We had a great time. The staff were helpful. The location is terrific. It is close to Amalfi without all of the chaos! It is a great launching point to visit the surrounding area, and there are some great restaurants in Atrani.

Title: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Amalfi Coast 🌅 Staying at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness Center in Atrani was truly a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Amalfi Coast but tucked away from the busier, more crowded areas like Amalfi or Positano. Atrani is a charming, atmospheric village with so much character, and staying here gave us a more authentic, peaceful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with historic touches. The rooms offer stunning views of the sea and the surrounding cliffs, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. What we loved most was how uncrowded it felt compared to other parts of the coast, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in a prime Amalfi Coast location, Palazzo Ferraioli is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
