The hotel rooms and hallways were dirty. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and floor, and linen had makeup stains and hair all over it.

Warning…hotel has poor business practice
They charged my credit card twice for a refundable $100 security deposit and have only credited back one of them. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my stay concluded. I sent them an email and there has been no response. I now have had to dispute the $100 with my credit card company. Be forewarned about this poor business practice from this hotel. I had also seen another reviewer state a similar problem where this hotel did not return the $100 deposit at all.

I had a flight in the early morning to go across the country to go home for the holidays and the pamphlet said show up a few minutes early for the shuttle so I showed up 10 minutes early to see that the shuttle had already left and I had to wait for the next one costing me an extra 1000$ in air fair 👎
