Sadly, the property was not quite as described on site. Upon arriving, the restroom had tape across the toilet saying it had been cleaned. Unfortunately, it had two human hairs on the toilet seat. The kitchen utensils had food particles stuck to them. One of the cutting boards had a lime with two human hairs on it stored underneath the cabinet. The shower nozzle would come off every time you turned the water on, the bedroom door handle would come off anytime you tried to open the door. I had purchased food to cook meals from the property, but unfortunately the oven does not work or the stove top! This was an unexpected expense that I had not planned on. I had trouble several times with locking the door, using the keypad upon exiting the property. I spoke with the property owner and let him know that several things needed to be addressed. he said he would speak with the property management and have things fixed and also talk with the cleaning team so they could do a better job. Hopefully these things will happen… will not be staying here in the future!

The condo was in a perfect location to all Atlanta attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was very hot with great water pressure. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is maybe change out the decorative pillows they do have stains that made me a little uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Just know you will have to pay for parking each day you are there, in total I spent 100 for parking for 3 nights but it is in the city so technically that’s normal. I would definitely book again the balcony was my favorite part.

This rental was so dirty. The mattress was stained and disgusting. I was unable to stay the night. The host or VRBO gave no compensation and I was only there for one hour! I was traveling from NY so I had to find a hotel to stay. The neighborhood is very sketchy.

Condo was very nice. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We did have concerns about the neighborhood but this is completely out of the property manager/owner’s control. Highly recommend being back to the property before 9:00 pm to use the side entrance. Property manager/owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for opening your place to us!

Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again

Good for our purposes
This was a great place to stay for my daughter working a show at the Mart. Walking to work in the morning was easy and convenient. For the two of us, the size was ideal. We are familiar enough with Atlanta to be aware of the traffic outside as far as the homeless people outside the building and the noise from the street - those things are just part of being in downtown Atlanta. The stove didn’t work during our stay, but the owner did have a repairman come in, so he is addressed the problem and I wouldn’t expect it to continue. The building does smell like pot, but again - that’s part of being in downtown Atlanta and something the host has no control over. We would absolutely come back if she books another show.

Great location if your going to Mercedez stadium
Overall our stay was good. Was nice to have a desk to work from as I did need to work remote. Everything looked exactly as pictured. Minor feedback is the instructions said there were k-cups but none were provided and there was only half a roll of toilet paper, unfortunately didn’t realize until I needed it the first morning.

There were numerous issues with the property on day one, from unsafe parking area, loud noises and screams through the night, poorly functioning AC units, and multiple other issues. We sent an email and text on Sunday and received no response from anyone til Tuesday, the day before we were leaving. We ended up leaving a day early with the poor conditions and communication. Save yourself some headache and stick with hotels in this area.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Tidy but needs deep clean. Needs some upkeep done. Broken door knobs resulting in getting locked out on deck and bedroom one iffy. . Rig rolling up on corners causing a trip hazard. Ice maker not great. Finger prints on walls and light switches. Very dirty under pull out sofa. Top of Pull out sofa doesn't stay up. Only 2 towels and 1 tolle of toilet paper. Listing looked like it said there was a spa/whirlpool. This is not true. Great location. Great price. Felt safe.

Long Weekend Get Away
The condo was great, we were very close to Coca Cola and the Georgia Aquarium - We loved the screened in balcony. A bit unnerved by the homeless people that come up to you as soon as you walk out of the building. All three days we were there was one homeless man who walked around yelling at the top of his lungs "you want a piece of this" swinging a big stick at people - he went after the poor technician who was working on electrical or phone lines on the sidewalk. I was super glad we were on the 6th floor balcony and not on the street. Amazing time at Ray's Steakhouse which is in walking distance as well. Over all a good trip but I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

A convenient, clean, and comfortable space
The condo we rented was very conveniently located–just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the event we were attending. It was well kept and spacious and offered wonderful amenities. A well accommodating kitchenette with a full-size fridge with ice maker is very convenient for extended stays. The full array of cooking appliances made breakfast a breeze. The main sitting room held a good-sized sleeper sofa and another nice and soft but smaller regular couch (love seat?). It was the perfect spot to relax together after being out all day–great place to share with friends. The balcony has a commanding view of the surrounding city. The balcony floor was covered with astro turf, so it was comfortable to walk on. Also, it was enclosed by mosquito netting so no worries about insects–another pleasant touch. Enjoyed some great conversation while overlooking downtown. The bedroom held a large comfy bed and plenty of drawer and closet space. The closet was useful for its full-size mirror as well. Perfect for dressing up and getting your look just right before heading out. Ceiling fans and older but still powerful AC units kept the room's temperature under control. They could not be set or adjusted but we never felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was compact and clean. There was very nice tile in the shower with a small built-in seat for those who need it. There was a sense of cleanliness to the whole space that I appreciated. I would definitely seek to rent this condo again given the opportunity.
