Atascadero Grad weekend
Room layout worked well for our group. Ping pong table was a big hit as was the outdoor setting. Sadly, weather too chilly and noise from 101 kept us in side. Unless subscribed, tv didn't offer many "free" options to watch. Kitchen lacked basics like plastic trash bags, zip lock bags, foil etc. Not many utensils either. Tough to cook in this kitchen. Took forever for water to warm up at sink and showers, back bedroom shower didn't drain well. Desk area had the least WiFi couldn't work there. Lock on front door hard to lock/unlock, very sticky to open.

Serene getaway
This property is amazing. It’s very quiet and peaceful but still only a mile from downtown Atascadero. The beds are wonderful and the kitchen is beautiful and have nice updates appliances. The outdoor space is definitely the best part of this property. Everything was easy to access and the hot tub with speakers was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I will be staying here again!
