Our first stay in Annecy! Wow! We couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel. We had a balcony over looking the stunning lake. Staff were on hand 24/7. Rooms are impeccable and the hotel positioned in a great spot. Lovely 20 mins walk around the lake to Annecy night life. Would one day like to return in the summer..THANK YOU 🙌🎄

This hotel is absolutely first class. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the grounds and lake, and a chilled bottle of wine and snacks waiting on the table. The staff are so kind and respectful. The hour at the spa was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day of traveling.

A bit slow getting our room ready but staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good with delicious pastries. Did not have dinner but food seemed a bit overpriced. Gorgeous piece of property and a short ride into the town center.
