The hotel is conveniently located off I-75 and reasonably priced, which were my main criteria for choosing it. The staff at check in and out were friendly and prompt. The lobby and hallways are clean and in good shape. The bathroom in my room smelled like chlorine bleach and poop. I ran the fan overnight and it was better after the first night. The carpet in front of the bathroom was worn and soiled. On my second and final morning there I saw four insects crawling in the bathroom. I let the front desk clerk know about this at checkout.

Pictures were wrong.
Photos of room I selected showed an in room jacuzzi, main reason I chose this hotel. When I checked in and got to the room I was told that the room I selected was not a jacuzzi room, even though pics showed it. All the jacuzzi rooms had already been booked so I couldn’t even upgrade to one.

I was very impressed with the room and the hotel in general, I wasn't happy with the fact that I stayed in the room for 5 nights 6 days and not once did they come into the room to do any housekeeping. they states they change sheets after 3 days and didn't come in once not even just to empty trash

All night bright light!!
There was a "spot light", extremely bright, shining from parking lot into our room and no way to close the curtains. Couldn't sleep on my usual side.... So not too restful of a sleep! This is more than just a parking lot light. Management needs to go into those rooms at night and experience how bright and annoying this is!!!

Definitely needs a deep clean in the rooms. The carpet was so dirty you could hardly see the pattern. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling in the shower and when I pulled out the hide a bed from the couch there were some very questionable stains. I promptly folded it back up and put the cushions back for my son to sleep. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful at 0200 in the morning when we finally checked in. I wish the breakfast hours were extended by an hour to 1030 instead of 0930.
