Very dirty rooms.
Terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms were filthy not cleaned in the 7 nights we stayed there. The bathrooms were discussing old worn out and could do with modernising. (See photos). Dog owned by the hotel outside barking every morning. Reception in a different hotel next door which is owned by the same people.

They have 2 hotel and one … they ask for the bill …. No for reservations number… I pay with points from hotel . Com they sent me the cheapest building…don’t look like the picture we 2 bed …i made complaint for changing the room…. The bathroom was not really clean, they don’t empty the trash in the room… so disappointed

I booked a room with a double bed and single bed but when we arrived they offered us three single beds the room was not clean at all in the morning they moved to another room The second day cleaner knocked our door and said it’s not to clean every day,it’s every other day that surprised me , I wouldn’t stay again

Citrus hotels.
The main reason I picked the hotel because close to the water and the most important is the hotel none smoking hotel. They have the first floor rooms are smoking floor and it was one floor under the street level ( basement ). I told the front disk that the room smaller than the one I reserved and I want a none smoking room. The advertisement for the hotel is none smoking hotel. That’s why I reserved it. The front disk manager show me another room, none smoking in the third floor if I pay 20 euro per night. I was so angry and I request to talk to the Hotel manager and after long talk agree to give the none smoking room in the third floor after I told him that I will complain to the management of hotel.com if I don’t get what I bay for. So really, I don’t advise anyone to pick this hotel unless you are smoker and that because the hotel is very close to the beach.
