"Very clean hotel with exceptional customer service. My room was very comfortable and clean with the exception. My curtain was ripped upon arrival, but I reported it immediately so I wouldn’t be charged for any damages. The staff was very attentive. I like hot tea before I go to bed and there was hot water available in the breakfast nook downstairs. The breakfast that was free and included in the stay was yummy. They also had a mini waffle maker since I don’t like the large ones. I choose to stay out in Ankeny when I go to Des Moines for business and will continue to make the short drive to this area Again and again. This was my first day at this particular hotel, and it was very comforting."
