Muito bom e somente com uma oportunidade de melhor
Minha estadia foi Ć³tima...a pousada Ć© linda...o quarto muito limpo...tudo bem novinho...todos da pousadas bem atenciosos....sĆ³ deixo uma oportunidade de melhoria....ter mais canais fechados e rede Wifi...para que se acesse as plataformas de streaming no quarto....de resto...tudo maravilhoso!

Estadia maravilhosa
A pousada Ć© excelente! Extremamente bem localizada, ao lado de uma mata espetacular e com uma prainha quase que particular para os hĆ³spedes, isso antes das 11 e depois das 17 h, quando o fluxo dos outros turistas que a frequentam vĆ£o embora. Os quartos sĆ£o amplos e confortĆ”veis, muito embora necessitem de alguns mĆ³veis complementares. A pousada disponibiliza um barco que faz o transporte pra Vila do AbraĆ£o de hora em hora, atĆ© as 23 h, que atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade de translado. No entanto, pro nĆ­vel da pousada, achei que o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ poderia ser melhor. Outra restriĆ§Ć£o seria quanto Ć  mĆŗsica ao vivo do restaurante, muito alta pro meu gosto, mas, que sĆ³ nos incomodou no nosso check-in porque como passĆ”vamos o dia em passeios pela ilha, quando voltĆ”vamos pra pousada jĆ” tinha acabado. Por fim, uma menĆ§Ć£o especial pra Ana, gerente do estabelecimento, muito prestativa e competente.

Local incrĆ­vel, atendimento espetacular! Ana (gerente) super atenciosa e solicita, inclusive passou diversas dicas. Existe um restaurante na pousada e a comida Ć© sensacional. Realmente eu indico! VocĆŖ que estĆ” pensando em se hospedar em Angra, programe-se para hospedagem em AbraĆ£o e na pousada praia da Crena! Possui atrativos e barco Particular leva e trĆ”s a cada 1h para a vila (centrinho - 5min)

ReservĆ© tres noches con Expedia en este hotel. En mi cupĆ³n de reserva ponĆ­a que no tenĆ­a que hacer nada mĆ”s hasta llegar al hotel, pero buceando en internet leĆ­ que los propietarios del hotel pedĆ­an el ingreso de una reserva en su cuenta, como yo no habĆ­a recibido notificaciĆ³n alguna de este trĆ”mite dos semanas antes de mi llegada al hotel decidĆ­ ponerme en contacto con ellos para confirmar mi reserva, cosa bastante complicada porque el hotel no tiene ninguna direcciĆ³n de email donde poder escribir, al final conseguĆ­ a travĆ©s de un nĆŗmero de telĆ©fono ponerme en contacto a travĆ©s de whatsapp. Les preguntĆ© por mi reserva y les enviĆ© mi cupĆ³n de Expedia, lo leyeron pero no se molestaron en contestar. A la semana siguiente volvĆ­ a intentarlo de nuevo, les enviĆ© otro whatsapp pidiĆ©ndoles que por favor me confirmasen la reserva, por fin conseguĆ­ una respuesta donde me decĆ­an que con quiĆ©n habĆ­a hecho esa reserva, les indiquĆ© que con Expedia y me contestaron que ellos no trabajaban con expedia, cuando les volvĆ­ a enviar mi resguardo de reserva con Expedia para que viesen que yo tenĆ­a una reserva con ellos su Ćŗnica respuesta fue que si tenĆ­a alguna pregunta mĆ”s les llamase por telĆ©fono y ahĆ­ zanjaron la conversaciĆ³n. AsĆ­ que a menos de una semana de mi llegada a Ilha Grande estaba sin reserva de hotel con los consiguientes problemas.

Don't go there. Other better and cheaper
Came to a dirty, unclean room, with poor facilities and old used furniture. The owner was nice and helpful, but couldn't speak any word of English, and as we saw later with some other guests, they weren't up to date with hotels.com reservations and offers. The toilet was broken, the room was perforated like a Swiss cheese, and it all smelled a lot. The owner helped with getting us to the town, but that was before his boat broke. The breakfast was descent but everything at this place is matched by any other hotel/hostel on Ilha Grande and still cheaper.

A estadia vale mais pela praia em que estĆ” localizada do que pela pousada em si. AlĆ©m disso, no site consta que o hotel Ć© perto da igreja de sĆ£o sebastiĆ£o, mas de fato fica a 1 hora do centro de abrĆ£ao por trilha. A proprietĆ”ria disse que enviou e-mail falando que haveria um barco nos esperando no cais para nos levar atĆ© o hotel, mas nenhum e-mail nos foi enviado...ficamos perdidos por quase duas horas atĆ© encontrarmos o hotel...
