Very nice shuttle driver but the hotel is just "OK" at best. You are greeted with a strong smell and a large sign that says "No more than 2 dogs per room". That sets the tone for the stay. Our room wasn't very clean and we slept in our sleeping bags on top of the sheets and we both noticed bites later that may have been bed bugs. It was cheap when compared to other hotels, but we will gladly pay more for a better hotel next time.

The hotel isn't the Waldorf Astoria. But it's very good, in all ways. If you're looking for perfection. The I will say good luck. To where ever you stay. But if you're looking for a decent place and decent breakfast. Then staying here, close to the city. Is a very good choice.

A/C would not work for two days. Complained and finally third day they changed out the unit. Our friends had to move because their air didn’t work. Signed up for airport shuttle and they threw our sheet away and started a new sheet. At 330 am had to find an Uber. Elevator unsafe! No eating establishments near by! Airport shuttle size limited. Absolutely terrible property. Check in. No computer service, so had to wait in lobby for an hour to get it fixed. Everytime we approached counter. Rude and terrible customer service.

Marriott should be embarrassed!!
The room was very dated, the vents on the A/C were falling off, no lights on the nightstands, one small ceiling light for the entire room, the tub was resurfaced and looked awful. Really a disappointment for a Marriot property, huge disappointment and for the cost, I felt ripped off.

The property was clean, nice rooms and a continental breakfast.. They also had a desk clerk named Chelsea who was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. The whole staff was very nice.
