It was fine. The room smelled wet and musty most of the time, and while it said we would have daily cleaning- I had to ask the front desk to make sure and have someone clean our room on the fourth day

We have stayed here a few times for hockey tournaments and I usually love this hotel. In this last stay, I called before booking with my arrival time to verify the airport shuttle and was told it would be no problem since it is 24 hours. When I landed and called, I was made to feel like it was a huge inconvenience to send the shuttle and had to wait 45 minutes. We will probably stay here again for tournaments, but I cannot recommend it to others who would be flying.

Smoke detector battery went dead during the night and started beeping, I had to get up and disconnect. The next night was windy and tree branches were scraping the window and a/c making a lot of noise. Hot water in shower was not hot enough to enjoy after a cold day. Would not stay there again.

I didn’t like the design of the bathroom door which did not offer much privacy. Other than that, they provided pick ups and drop offs and kindly allowed us to check out a little later when we needed it. Much appreciated.

the property itself was fine. it was either fairly new or had recently been remodeled. their website states there is a shuttle to/from the airport. long story short, we waited 40 minutes at 10:30 p.m. for the shuttle which apparently only runs every 30 minutes (not stated on website). other hotels near la quinta had made TWO trips to the airport in the time we waited for the shuttle. called the hotel twice trying to get updates on arrival. super frustrating when you've been traveling for hours and it is late.

Other than the breakfast offerings our stay was fine. We eat gluten free so there were not as many offerings for us. I have to take my own bread to toast. The eggs were a bit rubbery
