Enjoyed our short trip to Amsterdam for my wife's birthday. Short walk to Sloterdijk station to get to Amsterdam Central station. Rooms were nice and clean, the lobby is lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this hotel

We arrived late at night and was greeted by Phillip at the front desk - such a pleasant gentleman to chat with after our long flight. Breakfast was amazing with unlimited specialty coffees. You can’t go wrong with the location as the hotel was practically next to Sloterdijk station. We used the GVB extensively to get around town.

Lacked good first impressions though the male receptionist was very jolly! Pillow smelt like someone had slept on them but I was too tired to call to change and didn’t use them as I got back late and had to get key card changed as they didn’t work when I got back. Took forever to check in and had to pay extra €31 for city tax for one nights stay.

The hotel average Is good. The dios, the staff but i booked thr hotel based on reviews for the nice pool which was closed. I asked every day for re-open and they were not able to provide an estimated. Left the hotel and never used the pool :(

Rooms are spacious and staff are friendly but the hallways were dirty (crumbs and stains on the floor) and the elevators are terrible - dirty, dark, and they bounce/move in a way that feels quite unsafe.

It was dirty. Our feet were black from the floors and there was poop in the toilet when we arrived at our room. Hair in the sheets and didn’t look clean. Location was convienent.
