The hotel needs serious updating. My room was smelly and the toilet tank would not fill without manual assistance. My AC rattled constantly. Only one elevator worked which caused long lines each morning and afternoon. I would not recommend staying here.

Courtyard by the Galleria Houston
This was my second stay at Courtyard Marriott on Sage Rd in Houston. The hotel was conveniently located to an event we were attending. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The hotel lobby and our room were clean. A staff person graciously brought more coffee pods and cups to our room after we called the front desk. Overall a pleasant experience both times we’ve stayed.

Basic accommodation. No water in the room. You will pay a fee for parking. Staff was friendly but not patient. I asked for a clarification and they just repeated the answer like I should have known. Best thing was the location, it was near the mall and many things to explore in the area. We would start again here in the future.
